Records Search

You can perform a records search by entering one or more pieces of information about the account (name/account #/parcel #.)

A complete and accurate title search or lien search needs to be done from the abstract tract indexes in the Recorder's office, not the documents on the computer. Documents prior to Aug 1, 2006 may not reflect current parcel description and parcel number. Work prior to that time is not proofed and there only as a reference tool for use in title work. The Recorder's office assumes no liability for gaps or errors in documents or associated parcel numbers.
